Jubilee party Presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta and his running mate William Ruto are set to tell Kenyans why they should be re-elected.
The President and his deputy will unveil the Jubilee government manifesto for the next four years on Monday, with only 46 days left for Kenyans to decide on the next rule.The duo, alongside their supporters will be at the Kasarani sports complex, presenting the much anticipated manifesto in the history of Kenya's politics.Jubilee government has been on the receiving end of massive criticism from Kenyans, especially corruption and high cost of living, and the manifesto is expected to iron such issues as food security.
NASA manifestoThe Jubilee manifesto launch comes at a time when the President and opposition have launched intense campaigns in several regions including rival strongholds.Education sector will reap much if President Uhuru is re-elected with majority of the benefits landing to students.“Beginning next year university, polytechnic and technical training institute students will be offered a one to one-and-a-half-year paid internship,” said Uhuru.
Meanwhile, the National Super Alliance (NASA) is also set to overturn Jubilee's manifesto by unveilling its manifesto on Tuesday 27.The event will be graced by NASA Presidential candidate Raila Odinga, his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka and their supporters at the Kasarani Sports Centre.
