Antonio Conte warn Chelsea to sign defensive duo from Juventus

Alex Sandro

Chelsea head Coach Antonio Conte has called upon the management of the club to initiate the signing of Alex Sandro and Leonardo Bunucci from Juventus, to improve their defence come next season.

According to media reports, the Premier League Champions are likely to spend £100 million if they heed the Italian call.

It is believed that Chelsea will launch a £58m offer for Alex Sandro this week, which Antonio suggest that duo will do better at Stamford Bridge.

Robert Lewandowski unhappy

However, no report indicates whether a deal for Bunucci has been submitted.

Meanwhile, as the Premier League clubs struggle to meet the transfer window deadline, Chelsea and Manchester United have received a stun warning from Bayern Munich.

The Bundesliga club said that any club that will illegally pursue the signing of striker Robert Lewandowski, will be reported to FIFA.

‘If other clubs negotiate with a player who still has a long-term contract, they risk punishment from FIFA…,’ read a statement from the club.

This comes amid speculations that the Premier League clubs are interested to sign the Poland striker, after he, through his argent, showed discontent in the club’s manager Carlo Ancelotti and his team-mates for failing to support him for the top scorer bid.

‘I was not really happy with how my team helped me. I was annoyed and disappointed with the team’s attitude.’ Said Lewandowski.
