Hit maker Gilad is officially a Kenyan citizen

The celebrated artist Gilad is officially a Kenyan citizen. The musician expressed his joy on social media about becoming a Kenyan after years.

In his post on Facebook, he explained “It has been 21years since I first came to Kenya and 6 years since I applied for my Kenyan citizenship.”

The elated singer added, “Now it is finally official. Najivunia kuwa mkenya.”

Gilad is known for his hit songs including Unajua which he featured Wendy Kimani and Nakuahidi featuring a Kenyan songstress Dela.

The artist is from Israel. He sings and speaks good Swahili, attracting many Kenyan fans to his artistry.

However, Gilad has also natured into garlic farming, and his business seems to be doing well. He was recently interviewed on Citizen TV regarding business and young people. Besides, he also inspired young people to join farming as a source of income.
